Pricing
Flat monthly fees, quoted after we look.
We do not publish prices, because any number here would be wrong for most firms reading it. What we can tell you up front is the shape of each package and exactly how the quote gets made.

One-time work — historical cleanups, QuickBooks implementations, software integrations — is quoted separately as a fixed-fee engagement.
No surprises
How the quote actually gets made.
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
A 30-minute call
Your practice areas, your systems, your volume, and what is currently causing you pain. We will tell you on this call if we are not a fit.
A Diagnostic Review
A fixed-fee review of your actual books, your trust account and your software. You keep the written report whether or not you hire us.
A flat-fee quote
Based on what we found, not on what we guessed. Monthly work is a flat fee; one-time projects are quoted as fixed-fee engagements.
Onboarding
Access, chart of accounts, integrations and any cleanup — in that order. Ongoing work starts once the foundation is right.
Pricing questions
The things firms ask before they call.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because any number we published would be wrong for most firms reading it. Pricing depends on transaction volume, how many trust accounts you run, how many matters are open, whether there is a backlog to clean up first, and which software you already use. A three-attorney personal injury firm with two IOLTA accounts and a two-attorney estate planning practice are genuinely different jobs. We quote after a short call and a look at your current books, and the quote is a flat monthly fee — not hourly.
How does the quote process work?
Book a 30-minute call. We ask about your practice areas, your systems, your volume and what is currently causing you pain. If it looks like a fit, we run a Diagnostic Review of your existing books — a fixed-fee engagement that tells you exactly what shape they are in. You get that report whether or not you hire us for ongoing work, and it becomes the basis of an accurate monthly quote.
Is bookkeeping billed hourly?
No. Ongoing bookkeeping is a flat monthly fee agreed up front, so you always know what it costs and we are never incentivised to be slow. One-time projects — historical cleanups, QBO implementations, software integrations — are quoted as fixed-fee engagements after the Diagnostic Review scopes them.
What if my books are a mess right now?
That is extremely common and it does not disqualify you. Cleanup is its own engagement, quoted separately, and it happens before ongoing work starts — there is no point closing this month cleanly on top of eighteen months of guesswork. The Diagnostic Review tells us how far back the problems go and what it will take to fix them.
Do I have to switch to QuickBooks Online?
For most firms, yes — QBO is what we support, and it is what integrates cleanly with the practice management tools attorneys actually use. If you are on Desktop, migration is part of onboarding. If you are on something else entirely, tell us on the call and we will be straight with you about whether it works.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes, and firms usually do. Most start on Growth or move up to Precision Pro within the first year as receivables and payables become the bigger pain than the books themselves. Changes take effect at the start of the next month.
Is there a long-term contract?
Ongoing bookkeeping runs month to month after an initial three-month term, which exists because the first two months are mostly setup and it is not fair to either side to judge the relationship on those. Thirty days notice to cancel.
